Marino is an enthusiastic and independent allround developer and architect with more than 15 years of experience in various projects. His technical focus is on the latest Microsoft technology on web applications, web services and databases. He has extensive experience in designing and developing applications within different frameworks and domains. Marino is pro-active, social and prefers to work with other enthusiastic developers. It is his ability to remain calm, both himself and the team. Therefore, he often has a coaching role.
In addition to software development and architecture, he also likes working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Agile project methodologies. Scrum is the default agile methodology with which Marino has several years of experience.
